How does billing work?

We charge your card monthly via PayFast on the anniversary of your subscription. Invoices are emailed and stored in your portal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your portal and you keep access until the current period ends.

Do you support debit orders?

Debit order billing is on the roadmap. Enterprise customers can request it today.

Is my card safe?

PayFast tokenises and stores card details in a PCI-compliant vault. WebMax never sees your card number.
